You don't have to be a vegetarian to love this version of our lasagna. Made with layers of pasta, freshly grilled eggplant, zucchini, red capsicum, mozzarella and our homemade vegetarian sauce, it will satisfy vegetarians and meat-eaters alike! 

Ingredients

Vegetable Sauce (44%)(Tomato, Fresh Vegetables (20%)(Carrot, Celery, Mushroom), Olive Oil, Oregano, Salt, Basil, Pepper), Pasta Sheets (Durum Wheat Semolina, Egg), Cheese (Mozzarella and Parmesan), (Milk, Non Animal Rennet, Lipase, Cultures), Zucchini (12%), Eggplant (5%), Roast Red Peppers (5%), Fresh Cream.
CONTAINS WHEAT, EGG AND MILK

Cooking Instructions

Oven:
Pre heat oven to 130 degrees C (110 degrees C fan forced). Remove film from tray and cover with aluminium foil. Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the centre of the tray is hot. Remove foil and serve.

Microwave: With a fork, pierce the film in 4-5 places. Place in the microwave and heat on high for 4 minutes or until at desired temperature. Carefully take out of the microwave. Remove film and serve.
