Carbonara pasta bake

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 x 500g Apennine Gourmet Foods Carbonara Sauce
  • 300g dried farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 33cm x 19cm (base) ovenproof dish.
  2. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Return to pan.
  3. Heat the Carbonara Sauce as per pack instructions and transfer to prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese
  5. Cover with foil and back for 10 minutes
  6. Remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden
