Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 x 500g Apennine Gourmet Foods Carbonara Sauce
- 300g dried farfalle (bow-tie) pasta
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 33cm x 19cm (base) ovenproof dish.
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Return to pan.
- Heat the Carbonara Sauce as per pack instructions and transfer to prepared dish.
- Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese
- Cover with foil and back for 10 minutes
- Remove foil and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden
