Our mother Elsa's roots stem back from the small Italian village of Carapelle Calvisio in the province of L'Aquila in the Apennine region of Abruzzo where she brought to Australia her many recipes and dishes from generations ago.
Fast forward to 2023, after owning deli’s and restaurants, the family, along with Elsa continue to create authentic Italian food featuring ready to eat meals, sauces, soups, lasagna and pasta bakes for you to enjoy with your family.
